My name is Kathleen O’Donoghue. Throughout my career, I have seen many different types of fraud. Watching the impact of victims of fraud, and having been a victim of fraud, made me want to find a way to work in the anti-fraud community. When I found out about Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE), it was the perfect solution for me.

The CFE designation allows me to combine my years of accounting experience, with the training I received through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Now I’m in a position to share my knowledge and experience with all of you.

My goal is to teach you what to look for and what tactics fraudsters may use, to deter fraud. If you are a victim of fraud, I want to provide resources and support to help you through the process.
